Went there to but a Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 but they didn't have the color I wanted. They then told me they found one with all same options and the color I wanted at another dealer. When I went there and saw the truck, it didn't have the multi function tailgate. The sale person, Phil, said it was an oversight. I asked them to just order the tailgate I agreed to, but they said they won't. He said it would have to come from the factory. The manager also said they wouldn't order the correct tailgate. It would have to come from the factory. I asked if the vehicle was involved in an accident, could the tailgate be ordered. They said yes, but that's a different situation. I don't see how? I just wanted the truck with the accessories I agreed too. They didn't even try to work things out. Wouldn't even call the general manager. I wasted hours working on buying this truck, to include travel and getting the financing. I walked away! Very unprofessional and disappointed. Would not recommend using this dealership. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT! More

I was on time but the appointment ran about half an hour late, to be expected in the afternoon I guess. I drove in for my 10:15 oil change appointment - requested online and very convenient - and was immediately met by a greeter who directed me to the service lobby. He checked and noted that I was also due for a tire rotation. I used a service coupon from the coupon book that was given to me when I purchased the vehicle in November of '23. It covered the cost of the oil change, a nice perk in this era of $80 + oil changes. Mike gave me a 1 - 1 1/2 hour wait time, and I proceeded to hang out in the nice customer lounge and watch TV, then wander over to the showroom and scope out some new SUVs. Like clockwork, my vehicle was ready at 11:30. Wrapped up with Mike who couldn't have been friendlier, hit Lambert's for a great lunch, and was back in my driveway by 12:15. Perfect. Very pleased.
