Was told my vehicle had passed inspection but 2 hrs after driving home the check engine light came on. Comes to find out that it needed a new catalytic converter and that was almost a 2 week wait on repairs. More

He reached out to you yesterday and left a voicemail asking for a call back so we can speak directly and address your concerns. After reviewing the inspection process for the vehicle you purchased, we confirmed that during our used car inspection, the computer diagnostics did not indicate any issues with the catalytic converter. If it had, we absolutely would have taken care of it prior to the sale. We’re eager to speak with you directly and work toward a resolution.
