I had an appointment for my car first thing Tuesday morning. I dropped the car off at 8 o’clock as planned. I did not hear back from the dealership at all the entire day Tuesday and realized I had not morning. I dropped the car off at 8 o’clock as planned. I did not hear back from the dealership at all the entire day Tuesday and realized I had not heard from them and called at 5:30 I was told at that time that the car was never even seen yet. I was told at that time that the car would be seen first thing Wednesday morning and when I reached out at 11 o’clock, the car was still not diagnosed. Now I’m being told that a part might have to be ordered and that they will have to have the car longer than expected. I am extremely upset. More
