It took a few times to get thru to an available advisor, but glad that I got Eric. Hopefully the issue with my truck has been corrected, which is yet to be determined. So far so good. I requested a shuttle to and from, which use to be provided. Lyft was a little scary. Lastly, I was unaware of a “technology fee” for using my visa cc. Never heard of it. Overall, i have been using Norwalk Toyota services since 2003 and will continue to do so. TY More
