Summer fun, here we come! Overall positive experience with Tyler "TR" Hogstrom at 1830 River Rd. Tyler was recommended to us by a salesman at another lot. Our man was attentive and polite without being insincere. He seems like a genuinely nice fellow. We got to drive as many trucks as we liked. We took as much time as we chose to. Payment was pretty easy. Minus side: spent WAY more than we planned. Plus side: got a sexy big truck with some extra bells and whistles which is going to be a LOT of fun. We may have to shake out a couple of minor bugs, but the truck, all in all, is in great condition, and everything works. More

I can’t finance it through USAA and get it lowered but it was way better than CarMax at 28% APR More

Excellent customer service but truck needs new motor Update: I kept the original review; I was very happy at the dealership when I bought the truck. But the day after I brought the vehicle home there w Update: I kept the original review; I was very happy at the dealership when I bought the truck. But the day after I brought the vehicle home there was a misfire. Turns out the f-150 I bought ‘as Is’ need a motor replacement. Was told it’s because its a “budget vehicle” at 12999!! These guys will bandaid a vehicle to get it out the lot, but it will look nice (lift, wheels, tires, etc). Mechanically a xxx. In regard to scamming, Quincy made me write the below review with my location and WiFi setting disabled so it looks like a true review. I wrote the below review because I thought I was getting a good running truck that looked great for $14,000 out the door. I called them to see if they could accommodate anything and wanted me to tow the truck across the sound with no guarantee of repairing. Instead I bought a new motor and am getting it replaced. $$$ I don’t have! I will stick to the auctions, because the $2,000 vehicles have been more reliable. Thanks for breaking my bank with a piece of xxxx Nowthwest Motorsports. I will never recommend or give northwest Motorsports my business. I regret my visit there on the 20th. Original review: Came in To Northwest Motorsports in Everett to see Quincy Jones for a Ford F-150, my experience here has been nothing but great. Quincy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was good for a good talk and laugh. I would highly recommend these guys out here. The transaction was stress free and pressure free.
