Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Saw a truck I had been looking for advertised at NW Motorsports. I made the call and Tyler answered, he met us at the dealership at the agreed time s Saw a truck I had been looking for advertised at NW Motorsports. This was exactly what we were looking for so we agreed on price. We’re introduced to James the manager who gave us more details about the truck and add ones. Tyler went over warranty and helped with all the paper work, for the loan etc. once everything was completed, we met Piper in the finance office, signed everything, it was a very friendly experience. Once everything was completed and we were ready to drive off in our new truck. Tyler walked us out and went over a few last min things with the truck. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we were made very comfortable the whole time, highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a new ride. More

Not all salesmen are bad! I went in to just look at the new Toyota 4-Runners and was greeted by Tyler. My initial thought was “oh boy here we go”. I am not a big fan of car sal I went in to just look at the new Toyota 4-Runners and was greeted by Tyler. My initial thought was “oh boy here we go”. I am not a big fan of car salesman in general, but when I saw this young salesman coming to put the pressure on me I was not excited. However, my negative thoughts were quickly turned around by Tyler, as he was a very well spoken respectful young man. He asked a few questions and off we went to look at vehicles. Never once did I feel any high pressure to purchase, he was considerate of my time and the fact that I was really just looking. While I didn’t make a purchase that day I will definitely go back to him when I am ready in the next month or so. I recommend everyone go see Tyler Hogstrom at the 400 River Road location, you won’t be disappointed!! More
