I recently purchase the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude 4x4 from the Northwest Motorsport located at 300 Valley Ave NE Puyallup, WA 98372 (253) 840- I recently purchase the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude 4x4 from the Northwest Motorsport located at 300 Valley Ave NE Puyallup, WA 98372 (253) 840-8556 I went to several of the New Jeep Dealerships (BIG BOX STORES) before I went to Northwest Motorsport, and every Jeep Dealership failed to say a simple Hi to anyone walking thru the door. The Jeep Dealership sales team only cared about selling something you may or may not want. Frustrated with the quality of sales people in the Jeep Dealerships I decided to go home and search online to find what I'm looking for. I saw several Jeep Grand Cherokee's that I was interested in looking at; I then contacted Northwest Motorsport and started talking with Jerad Greenwood about a few Jeep Grand Cherokee's I was interested in. At one point I drove to meet Jerad Greenwood at the Northwest Motorsport located at 300 Valley Ave NE in Puyallup, as I walked thru the door several staff said hello then one of the staff asked if I had been helped, I replied I was looking for Jerad Greenwood. After talking a bit with Jerad Greenwood about what I was looking for Jerad Greenwood asked me if I would like to test drive one of the Jeep Grand Cherokee's I was interested in to see if I was the right one for me. We went for a test drive and found it wasn't the one I was looking for. I told Jerad Greenwood that I would go back home and look at all of the Jeep Grand Cherokee's Northwest Motorsport had to offer. Several days later after several emails and phone conversations I decided to test drive a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude 4x4 that was listed on the Northwest Motorsport website at the 300 Valley Ave NE in Puyallup location. After a little negotiation I decided to purchase the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude 4x4. During the purchase process my Sales person Jerad Greenwood, the Finance Manager Piper Jordan and the Sales Manager James Lucas all worked together with several other staff to complete my purchase. I can't speak for the other Northwest Motorsport locations but I can speak for this one. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at this Dealership was friendly, attentive to everyone who walked thru the door. At no time during my visit did I ever feel pressured or taken advantage of, as I did experience from the Jeep Dealerships. I will personally recommend this dealership to my family and friends, I know and I will also purchase all of my future vehicles from Northwest Motorsport located at 300 Valley Ave NE in Puyallup, WA as well.
