A caricature of bad dealer practices. The financing agreement summary came loaded with costly add-ons. These were not disclosed or explained until we challenged them Then the sale rep exp The financing agreement summary came loaded with costly add-ons. These were not disclosed or explained until we challenged them Then the sale rep explained, "We're required to offer these". They were not offered but simply and quietly added to the deal. We asked that they be removed and they were. But strangely the amount financed was unchanged. Sale rep tried to convince us it was correct. We refused to sign and he went back to his credit mngr who "found the error". Total xx. Clearly they were trying to pad the sale with an additional $10,000 of unwanted add-ons. It took 90 minutes or more of patience to get to this point. Now we meet the credit mngr who again tries to sell us a costly warranty! We politely decline and he immediately tries again by reducing the price by one third. Total xx. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Carefully reviewing today all that we signed in frustration yesterday. Needless to say, we won't be back. More

GO TO DANIK BALAN HE IS #1 My family and I went to NW Motorsports to view a SUV we seen online. It went from viewing to purchasing the vehicle. Danik made it easy for us to view and make decisions. The first dealership I've ever encountered that didn't take advantage of me. NW Motorsports hands down number one place to go for a reasonable price. My experience with Danik was the best. But what stood out for my wife and I was the warm heart feeling Danik did for my 5 kids. Keep in mind I never met Danik until that day. Danik knew that we was just there to view a vehicle then get breakfast for my kids. An hour past my kids were hungry. Danik walked to his desk and walked up to the vending machine and got all my kids a snack to munch on. While we waited for paper work process to complete. I may sound like a horrible parent but my kids wanted to get breakfast in the new ride. And we did. I will never forget this act of kindness Danik did for my kids. It really showed me how Danik cares about his customers and family. TO DANIKS BOSS, he deserves a raise because that act of kindness. NWM has gained a LOYAL customer. NWM #1 More
