Nestor is a great dude and great at his job. Buying a car is never a “fun” experience when you get down to the money end of things. My only critique is wording. I requested the numbers on the premium warranty and was given a $4999 figure. I was told “this is the bad boy warranty” when we went to signing that wasn’t the case. We had to go back to the negotiation board as that $4999 didn’t include several coverages that are add ons. As for Northwest Motorsports ehh. There’s zero negotiations on vehicle price. They also don’t want to give you bluebook trade in on your vehicle. They use the mileage argument against you if you have higher miles and then use the “tax sales tactic” to claim it makes up the difference on the trade value that they don’t want to give you. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy with the vehicle I purchased but I would have liked to get a bit more out of my trade to get my payment down. More

Jerad called on my birthday. The following day I called him after some time begin unsatisfied with my current vehicle, he told me to come down and see him and he'd make sure I was satisfied. Without a doubt after weighing best options, I drove off the lot yet again satisfied. Whole process from test drive to documents took 2 hrs time. By far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Not to mention the sales team are warm welcoming even if they aren't doing a deal with you, you feel the eagerness to provide great customer service from every staff member.. 10/10 would recommend, thanks again Jerad see you in a few for the next rig.
