Worst Car Buying Experience Ever We had been car shopping and had our eyes on a specific car, NWMS had one. We talked to Aaron in sales and explained our situation and completed the We had been car shopping and had our eyes on a specific car, NWMS had one. We talked to Aaron in sales and explained our situation and completed the application. He assured us that we were good to go. We came in, met with Greg (i think) in finance and he processed our paperwork and we drove away with our car. couldn't have been happier. However, 8 days later, we got a call that the bank couldn't approve the loan structure and we needed to bring the car back. 8 days! So ridiculous. The communication was terrible. The explanations were less than acceptable. The promises never stopped. Valerie was the only one who seemed genuine and cared about the customer throughout the whole process. Needless to say, I found the same car, 1 year new, $30k less miles at another car dealership the next day and actual got to see my bank approval after all my documentation was sent over. The whole process at NWMS, looking back, was shady. I will never be back and they will never be a referral suggestion from me! More

I inquired about a vehicle in the morning, and within moments I made contact with a representative that was non-pressure, and gave me the ability to communicate however was easiest for me. There was no big push to just get me in the door and sweet talk me. I was made to feel comfortable about the decision to even just go in. Nestor helped from start to finish, and I have never engaged with a salesman who was more easy to talk to. He made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. When the time comes to think about another vehicle, I will not hesitate to contact Nestor and NW Motorsports. More
