The sales rep was very easy to deal with I have been car shopping for a couple months l, been to too many dealerships to count and this is the place. The sales rep was very easy to deal with, wasnt pushy at all. Asked my limit and made sure to stay within it and made sure I was ok with every step of the process. I felt like he was hearing what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell. The cars are a great price and they are nice and clean, didnt find any damage on the vehicle like all the other places that were in my price range. This is the place you want to buy for sure! More

Great Car Buying Experience I found a vehicle that would be a nice upgrade for our family and called in. I didn't want to haggle so we discussed where I needed to be price wise a I found a vehicle that would be a nice upgrade for our family and called in. I didn't want to haggle so we discussed where I needed to be price wise and for our budget. Terrance was able to secure our car with a small deposit to hold the vehicle so I did not lose it while the finance department worked our deal. It took a few days but they got us financing with a good bank, and got our price below the budget we were asking for. We basically drove down and traded in our other car sight unseen, and without the dealer haggling us for less of a price on our trade-in either. It was a very simple transaction, and I would definitely contact Terrance Davis at NW Motor Sports again for a car or truck purchase. A++ Experience the whole way!! More

5 Star Experience! My wife and I had a great experience buying a used SUV at Northwest Motorsport. We had a pretty good idea of what we looking for, and Todd Mercur My wife and I had a great experience buying a used SUV at Northwest Motorsport. We had a pretty good idea of what we looking for, and Todd Mercure at Northwest Motorsport quickly located the perfect fit vehicle for us after we explained what we were looking for and why. He was totally focused on understanding what we wanted and why and then zeroed in on the best fit. I hadn’t realized it but they have an inventory of over 2500 vehicles and from what I’ve seen elsewhere their buyers do a far superior job of identifying and procuring the best used vehicles available. And we were able to get it under KBB which made me happy… Once Todd located the perfect vehicle for us including color, condition and features he wasted no time in getting it delivered from another one of their locations. Of note it was obvious that the Northwest Motorsport team work together extremely well and are focused on making it a great experience for the customer. Throughout the process Todd was explaining options to us so we wouldn’t miss an opportunity to ensure that things worked out best for us and he took the time to review the Car Fax with us and explained details as needed and they were NOT high pressure at all. The SUV he found for us was everything he said it was and more and it was clean and well prepared. Every phase of the experience was good and Todd and others on the NWMS team were continually concerned that we were happy and they made sure that process was handled efficiently and professionally. Also of note was the lady who took us through the finance process. She was friendly, totally focused on us and what was best us. She explained all the documents and choices that we had and helped us to make the best decisions for us in clear and effective way. The entire team at Northwest Motorsport seemed happy to be there and to be part of that team and they are clearly very good at customer service as well as Motorsports. By far the best car buying experience that we have had in our 50 something years of life, 5-Stars. Next time we’ll start our search at Northwest Motorsport. Thanks for a great experience!
