Just because I have a fleet account, does not mean that you overcharge. For a front break repair and to get a extra set of keys, the charges were $1300 and upwards. $550 for a new key, that's so wrong and you overcharge. I bought my vehicle from a nice salesman here over a month ago. However, finding my vehicle was my only good experience. My new car came with a security feature that I have not been able to utilize beca month ago. However, finding my vehicle was my only good experience. My new car came with a security feature that I have not been able to utilize because there is some sort of issue. To get this corrected, I reached out to make sure of a good time to drive out there and someone could help me. They turned me away once I arrived stating that no one that could help was available for me. Later, I tried to reach out to the person that helped me sign all of my paperwork, after a little push back from them they spoke to me but would stop communicating with me before actually helping me, as well. The customer service and work ethic at this dealership is disappointing and I would not recommend this dealership or its personnel. I still don’t have the features working on this vehicle that I paid for because this dealership’s complete lack of professionalism. More
