I believe management has changed & it is no longer Northwest Dodge. I had an appointment at 11:30 am & did not leave until after 2pm. I let them know that I wanted to use my Dodge Credit card points when I walked through the door but not until AFTER they rung me up did they tell me I needed to do that before on the app to use them. Would have been nice to know while I was having lunch so I could have done it then. Service at this dealership has been on the decline for awhile now. I was previously turned away for an Express oil change at 4:45 pm when they close at 6 pm. More

Good Day, I wanted to advise that take care when working with this dealership. I will say the sales staff did work well with me on selecting and buying my last Truck here at NWD. Bit I have to say the suppo with this dealership. I will say the sales staff did work well with me on selecting and buying my last Truck here at NWD. Bit I have to say the support and service after the sale is simply terrible. They processed and paid off my trade-in late causing me to have to pay a late fee on that account to close. And then I'm still now going on 12+ weeks and still driving on dealer temp tags and no registration. I have called the dealership at least 10+ times to check and keep being told that the state is just slow on delivering. But I think their processing at the dealership is the cause and explains why I'm paying late fees. I have 2 friends that have also bought vehicles (at different dealers) since I have bought mine and they all have their permanent plates and registrations... Please stay away as this dealer will not support you after you pay and buy their product.. More
