I usually get good service, but was not the case on this particular time. I had to call the service tech numerous times to no avail The last phone call, I was finally able to talk to him. He still did n particular time. I had to call the service tech numerous times to no avail The last phone call, I was finally able to talk to him. He still did not know the status of my vehicle, he indicated he would call be back in 5 minutes, which it did not. I finally received a call the next day, which he stated they could not find any problem with my vehicle. He would call be back at noon, once they would perform further testing. He did not call, I called him at 2pm and was informed my vehicle was ready. Common courtesy is all I expected. If you stated you would call, please do so. I brought my vehicle in on Monday at approximately and received it back on Wednesday at approximately 3pm. More
