DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. There is new non-existent ownership and staff. My 23' Jeep Gladiator was purchased new last September, I only have 14000 miles on it. I've been lied to by Houston in Sales, Tristen in Service, the Service line manager - Shelly, and the Service director, Frank. Frank called me and contradicted everything his staff has been saying for the 4 days they kept my Jeep. He has now dropped our Jeep off at our house and it's still not repaired. Frank said it's safe to drive, so then why did they keep it for 4 days? At least the previous owners had integrity and cared about customer service and safety. I left a message for the GM Kip Hines on 9/6. It's been over a week and they still supposedly don't have the shocks, and we haven't heard from the General Manager Kip Hines. More

I ordered them from Amazon and went back to following week. I went in told them the new lug nuts were in the box on the front passenger seat and that I needed those lug nuts put on in the tires rotated. About an hour later they came out and said tires are all set You're good to go. When I got into my car there was the box of lug nuts they had not even bothered to unwrap the plastic. My feeling is either they didn't rotate the tires which is pretty unethical, or they had tried to upsell me the expense of lug nuts the previous week when they said there was no way they could rotate the tires with those lug nuts. I went back in asked them exactly how they had rotated the tires without ever using the new lug nuts and they were like oh oops sorry. Looking for a new Jeep dealership at this time. I have two Jeeps not a fan of this location. More
Selection = Good Sales = Good Finance = 2 thumbs down My experience started off great. Victor helped me narrow down my decision making by showing us the Longhorn edition. Negotiating a price was down My experience started off great. Victor helped me narrow down my decision making by showing us the Longhorn edition. Negotiating a price was easy and while I knew I was leaving money on the table but everyone has to eat. However, when I got to the finance department....that's where things took a turn. When I finally got out of that office...it was over an hour. My salesman Victor even said..."Man...you were in there a long time....." The reason for that was: I forget his name now....but I was immediately put off with his...we're good friends, buddy buddy angle when we first sat down. Then he proceeded with his paperwork.....Having spent 35+ years in the engineering field, I am detail oriented....and when he initially completed his inputs and asked me to sign here, here and here.....I immediately noticed that the VIN # was incorrect. STRIKE ONE. He apologized and started a re-do....once that was fixed...we discussed warranty option. He flew through the various protections etc...and felt no need to slow down and explained exactly WHAT they were for..but simply how much I needed them. We agreed on some things...and then wala....the payment exceeded the amount I told him I wanted to pay monthly. He made some adjustments...and we were back to sign here, here and here.....it was then I noticed that he had changed the coverage length to 75,000 miles to 100,000 miles. STRIKE TWO. When I pointed that out...he was...what?? how did they happen...??? they must have changed that over there.....REDO THE PAPERWORK.... Once it got "updated"...back to speed signing...at one point...I wanted to verify that a change had occurred..and he purposely sped past that page...when I said..I want to go back and verify something...he said...the software wouldn't let him..he would have to start all over....smh...like I give a xxxx....I impressed on him..I WANTED TO SEE THAT INFORMATION....amazing..he was able to go back to the page after some fumbling around.... ANOTHER MISTAKE was spotted....and this is how he makes a living?? I seriously felt he thought I was an idiot and he could just shove whatever in front of me and I would sign off. It got to a point...where he wanted to charge me $150 more for something and I told him...knock off that $150 and we'll finish up. He said he couldn't. I told him...I'd about done with this process...and we'll make it easy...take off the $150 or I'm leaving. I'm tried of the fiddle farting around....(my 98 year old mom was sitting there with me..and even with her memories issues...at one point she looks at me and says in her unfiltered manner....."he's not a nice guy...." He finally knocked the $150 off and we finished up the paperwork. I STILL have not received my thumb drive with my paperwork...I suspect that's intentional because I will find additional errors. I looked up on your employee list and I don't see Victor OR the slimey finance guy pictured....how is that? Anyway's..I know the dealership is in the midst of changing ownership...I sure hope it doesn't affect the service interaction in a negative manner. More
I went in with a pre-approval from a bank and asked them to only run with that, but without my consent, they ran my credit through 9 other companies. When I filled out the application, I even verified that to only run with that, but without my consent, they ran my credit through 9 other companies. When I filled out the application, I even verified that they are ONLY running it through my bank. At the end & 10 hard hits on my credit later, I still wound up with the loan from my bank. The day I got it, there was a tornado nearby, so to say the day was long & stressful, is putting it lightly. They told me they’ll call me to bring the car back because there’s a sensor malfunction and to buff out the really bad scratches & small dent on the driver’s door. 2 weeks later, no word. When they called to tell me my license plates were ready, I followed up about the 2 issues they told me they’d take care of and I was told I’ll get a call back. It’s been almost another week, still no word. Guess I’ll be calling to follow up again :( More
