Good costumer service however the oil life indication was not reset nor was the new window sticker installed. The first time I called to make an appointment I was told the service dept would call me back. 2 days later with no call back I called again. I called and let them know what was wrong with the car. The to the service dept would call me back. 2 days later with no call back I called again. I called and let them know what was wrong with the car. The touch screen didn't work when touched.. so i had to have an appointment to get it diagnosed..i was told it would/could take 1-2 hours.. it took 3 hours to tell me i need a new touch screen for 1500.00. you offer no courtesy car...? after 2.5 hours/ i saw the car parked where the completed cars are parked-not sure how long it had been there. i asked about the car and was told it was getting washed.. was told they would come and get me when it was ready. 30 minutes later i went and told them I needed to get to an appointment. They said it hadnt come back from getting washed yet, and I said I think its parked right there.. It was my car that had been there for who knows how long. After paying $150.00 to be told I need a 1500 part to replace my touch screen I get to my car which has NOT been washed.. So much for getting the Cadillac "service" Nope, I will go elsewhere for my Cadillac needs. More
Almost a no on selecting for the service center yes/no tab. I do say yes because of the customer service behind the desk. Like the CHECK ENGINE light over both days. Yes, maybe she would not be driving if she does not know to look at that. Good thing I have On-star and they alerted me. Also my tire pressures are still very low after the second trip up there. I drove the truck 20 miles today and the pressures we never above 33psi. More
