Horrific purchase experience with an aggressive person (Jeff) who did not listen and kept increasing the price. The salesperson (Nolan) was terrific but we cannot recommend a dealership with such manipula (Jeff) who did not listen and kept increasing the price. not good at all I bought a 2022 F-150 for $89,000. 00 I got ripped off big time. KBB value on this make and model is $46,000.00. They claim to be honest and true but not at all close to being that. So I got screwed over big time. than they just tried to sell me a lemon. My mother got screwed over by them also so no good review from me nor my family that has purchased a car from these people. Dealer was either ignorant or lying about on star and Sirius length or free trial. I felt they under cut me on trade in value. They could not explain why the loan amount was far more than the amount they Sirius length or free trial. I felt they under cut me on trade in value. They could not explain why the loan amount was far more than the amount they said I would be buying the vehicle for initially. The manager who finally came out and explained everything was very respectful and informative. Still have not heard from the guy to install fifthwheel hitch. Even tho I feel they could of given me a better deal I do think they were very kind and respectful and answered most my questions as honestly as they could. More
