I have worked with Joe for many years now. I currently have two cars bought from Joe in my driveway now. I have been so happy with Joe and Northtowne that those two cars are cars number 8 and 9 I have bou have two cars bought from Joe in my driveway now. I keep going back because of there massive inventory and the fact the Joe will jump through hoops to keep me happy. He is the only sales person I have worked with that I don't feel like I got taken advantage of when I leave. Hard to say that in the car sales market. I would have checked Sales new and Used but since I have bought more used than new from Northtowne I chose Used. More

After submitting an online search request for the vehicle I was interested in, I was contacted THE NEXT DAY by a sales representative from Northtowne Hyundai. Their follow-up questions were relaxed, helpful I was interested in, I was contacted THE NEXT DAY by a sales representative from Northtowne Hyundai. Their follow-up questions were relaxed, helpful and extremely professional. I visited the dealership the next day and was met with the same tone. Assured of the quality of the dealership during these interactions, I test drove the car and bought it on the spot. In the first six months, I have driven 22,000 miles and returned to the dealership for scheduled maintenance 5 times. Each experience has been top notch. More

Joe's level of expertise and customer service provided not only made the process seamless but also very enjoyable. I will certaintly go back to this dealership for my next purchase as well as will continue to refer my friends and family. Any time I have had questions Joe has always been available and has even helped assist in setting up service for my vehicle.
