I had the fastest car dealership experience with Robert as my sales rep. I got there at 4 p.m. on a Friday and did a test drive, traded in my car, signed all of my paperwork, and got out of the dealership at 6 p.m.! The next time I buy a car, I will definitely be going back to Northtowne Volkswagen and asking for Robert!
