All questions were answered honestly & accurately with some questions being researched before responding. No pressure was exerted to secure a "sale". Negotiating a price with trade-in was handled fairly without undue hassle. Completion of the purchase with the Finance Manager, Steve Murdock, was handled in a professional and expeditious manner. Follow-up on post sale details was prompt & thorough culminating in a high level of satisfaction overall. It helps when a good product is backed by good dealer. Hopefully, this indicates that we will experience equal satisfaction with vehicle service in the future. The salesman, Rod Brown, was courteous and efficient and straightforward, even though I am a single woman. He did help me buy a car that was nicer than I'd intended to buy, so I spent more money, (a fully straightforward, even though I am a single woman. He did help me buy a car that was nicer than I'd intended to buy, so I spent more money, (a fully loaded accent instead of a stripped down one) but I am happier and the payment was not much different. My car was a dealer trade, because I had to have a red hatchback, I would have gone to great lengths to get a red hatchback, but Rod found the car for me. The lady in the finance dept was very competant, fast, and personable. She sold me an extended warranty, but I am not unhappy about it. I am grateful that she got my deal put together. The McCarthy Hyundai dealership did not even have time to let me demo drive the accent, because it was too close to closing time. I live closer to McCarthy. I told them I had $7000 cash in hand from my ins. settlement, but they still did not have time for me. Thank you for helping me get a new car. More

Was an overall great experience. Started out by talking to them through email, scheduling a time to come up and look at a car. They are all very friendly, no one was pushy. They let me take my time, look over everything, ask a bunch of questions and go back and forth over things repeatedly, all without getting impatient or irritable. Test drive was good. They know the cars well, can explain all the features and safety, but you don't feel like they're trying to cram things down your throat for a sale, just informative. Told them I was just looking that night, and they didn't try to push me into a car at all. Came back the next week to buy. Adam was very helpful and easy to deal with. He worked with me on the price, incentives, color, everything. They are willing and ready to do what it takes to get you the best price and deal, and get you into a car. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Talked to several other dealerships during the process and Northtowne was the only one I didn't get a "sleazy car dealer" feeling from at all. Extremely helpful and friendly, they made the process as easy and painless as possible. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely go back again when I'm ready for my next car. I have been to many dealerships and purchased several cars; both new and used. I have paid cash for some and financed others. I have NEVER been to a dealership and had as pleasant an experience and I cars; both new and used. I have paid cash for some and financed others. I have NEVER been to a dealership and had as pleasant an experience and I had with Northtowne Hyundai. My husband and I were greeted by Matt Kornblum very shortly after arriving. I already had a list of vehicles I found on their website that I wanted to look at. While we were walking around to find these vehicles we saw a vehicle that wasn't on my list. Matt was very helpful with showing us the vehicles on our list, as well as giving us a test drive in the vehicle we found. He even drove over to their "sister" dealership to show us a vehicle on my list. We ended up going with the vehicle we found that wasn't on my list. We even had to go home at one point so our toddlers could finish their nap so the dealership could look our trade in over, as well as pick up our older child when she got home from school. They were very understanding! It was late when we returned so we were unable to complete the finance paperwork, but again they were very understanding. When we came back the following morning they had everything ready for us to sign, and even helped keep an eye on our kids who were watching a DVD in our car. Lynn in finance was very helpful with having the paperwork ready for us. She explained everything to us, answered all our questions and made our experience very pleasant. Matt never once tried to up-sell us to a car we couldn't afford. There was no haggle over the price of the vehicle (yes I asked for a lower price, but I understood used cars can't always be haggled), there was no back and forth haggle over how much I could afford monthly. I only had to say one time how much I could afford for total vehicle cost as well as monthly cost and they made it work! I've spent hours with other dealerships haggling, arguing, filling out paperwork, and have left some without purchasing a vehicle. Northtowne Hyundai was THE MOST PLEASANT CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW, AND EVEN THOSE I DON'T KNOW! If they ever need someone to be in a commercial who can honestly say they are AWESOME I am their girl! More
