I first stopped in on a Wednesday to basically look around. Joe was very friendly and and I decided to drive a Tuscon and a Sonata but had little time to look around that day. I went back on Thursday around. Joe was very friendly and and I decided to drive a Tuscon and a Sonata but had little time to look around that day. I went back on Thursday looking for Joe, but it was his day off. Ron stepped in to value my trade, drive two more vehicles, and answer several questions I had about the different models. I unexpectidly purchased a 2012 Tuscon that same day off the showroom floor. Ron was great to work with and even said that he was giving Joe the credit since I started with him. I have already recommended both gentlemen to fellow Cerner associates in the market for a vehicle this summer. My financing experience was also pleasant. Steve was not available and I worked with a very new gentleman on the paperwork. It took a little longer than I expected but he more than made up for it with his attitude and customer service. Although he couldn't talk me into the various extended warranty offers, he had a great delivery and was easy to follow. I really appreciated the entire experience at Hyundai. More
We live 80+ miles away and Torry handled our questions over the phone. He gave me his best prices on a new Santa Fe and our trade in that would later be verified after looking at our car's condition. Their offer was very agreeable for me to drive that distance and when we showed up, not only did they keep their word but the car we liked was sold underneath us so they went and got us another car before we even showed up w/ more options and they kept the same price. Adam went over the car/paperwork with us, did our test drive, encouraged us to drive in different environments and was knowledgeable and friendly. Seemed like a tag team for these two and it worked well. More

He was very knowledgeable about Hyundai and you could tell he believes in the product. I will recommended to everyone I know who is looking for a new car.
