Holy cow! I can not say enough good things about this dealership and its employees! I live over 40+ minutes away and after having a new 2012 Elantra for a little over six months I decided that I wanted a dealership and its employees! I live over 40+ minutes away and after having a new 2012 Elantra for a little over six months I decided that I wanted an upgrade to the same car but the Limited. There was no way that I was going anywhere else besides Northtowne. I had been e-mailing Adam saying that we needed to make this work and how could I keep my payments low. He had me come up and appraised my leased car and gave me top dollar for my lease and a very VERY generous price on my new 2013 Elantra Limited. He had me test drive the Limited so I could enjoy all of the new features I would be getting and explained how everything would work. They did not have the color I wanted in stock so Adam went out of his way to call another dealership and secure the car for me in the color that I wanted, plus it had some extra features that the car I test drove did not have. The GM made a special trip and picked up the car for me and had it waiting when I came in to pick it up. These guys really know how to go above and beyond to make a customer feel special. Working with Adam was a breeze and he made me feel very comfortable. Please do not waste your time going anywhere else besides Northtowne. They will treat you right and make sure you get the car of your dreams, at a price you can afford. Specifically, ask for Adam Quint he will work with you to do whatever it takes to get you into the car you want. Plus, he's a huge Royals fans and does special things like customer appreciation and will set you up with some Royal's tickets!! More
Went to dealership to buy a new car on May 30th and ready to write a down payment check but Blue Springs offered me the same amount for my Honda and price of new car was the same. Both dealers offered me 2 to write a down payment check but Blue Springs offered me the same amount for my Honda and price of new car was the same. Both dealers offered me 2 yrs of oil changes and tire rotations. I asked if I could get another yr but the sales person talked to someone and they said NO. So I drove 27 miles to Blue Sprgs and DJ gave me the extra yr and another 100 dollars off as well as a auto dimming mirror. I couldn't believe they let me walk out the door but they lost a sale because they would not budge. Go to Blue Spgs if you want a better deal and to be treated respectively. A man called me a week later and apologized. Whoever the manager was that day sure made a huge mistake. Their loss. More

Everything about buying our new Hyundai Azera was awesome! Tim found the car that I wanted the same day and had it at the dealership within 48 hrs of talking to him on the phone. I couldn't have had a worse experience. I went to Northtowne because it was close and that is it. I didn't buy a car there. I went in wanting to lease and they said that "Hyundai wouldn't allow me to Northtowne because it was close and that is it. I didn't buy a car there. I went in wanting to lease and they said that "Hyundai wouldn't allow me to lease". I'm 23 so my credit score didn't have enough history. I went to Shawnee Hyundai and had the best experience possible while buying a car. I was talked down to at Northtowne. I was obviously lied to because as of yesterday, I'm leasing a 2013 fully loaded Hyundai Sonata. I was disrespected and said that my job wasn't good enough. I won't give details but let's just say I'm doing pretty well for myself and its not a fast food joint. Northtowne was a joke. I didn't get along with my sale person and they wouldn't allow me to even deal with anyone else. My advice is drive the extra 20 minutes to Shawnee Hyundai and I promise you won't be sorry. They move 5x the cars and have 5x the selection so you'll get a better price anyways. My salesman out there was Solomen Williams and he was great but everyone was extremely nice so you can't go wrong from what I saw. More
They are very professional and respectful of others. The auto service is the best in the Kansas City area.
