The salesman was very cooperative and understanding of what i needed to make my purchase acceptable and was willing to work with me to find the right vehicle to meet my needs. I first contacked Zack by phone to check price of car we had seen on lot. Zack said he would check and call me right back which he did within five minutes. He was also very patient as we deliberated over which exact model and color we preferred. Upon taking delivery of the car, I did find a couple of issues that I wanted taken care of, and he assured me that they would make everything right, and in fact, they did that. Buying a new car is usually a very aggravating experience at best, but that was not the case here. It was actually a very pleasant transaction, and I am very pleased with my new car. I requested pricing on line for a specific vehicle. I got a quote the same day that was below invoice. I called the next day and they had located the exact car I wanted in Oklahoma. I told them I would buy it and they had it brought to NKC the next day. Three days later, I went in, paid and picked it up for the agreed price. It was the easiest and fastest car purchase I have ever made and I buy only new cars. This was the fifth one I had purchased using the internet. I would recommend this dealer for future purchases. Once we had made the decision, Joey went over in detail the features and benefits of the Hundai Salantra. He also pointed out additional features we could have that were not included in this particular car. I am usually very critical of car Reps. as in the past there is usually a sales person or two who are irritating either in there mannerism to me the customer or is like a leach who won't take no for an answer. My experience with North Town and especially Joey Claybrook rates high on my list for recommending others to them. I sincerely hope you keep this attitude in your organization. To be a true sales person is not something one can teach to others, but comes from a natural ability to satisfy the needs of others.Joey has this natural talent.
