We told him what we were looking for and he proceeded to tell us what vehicles he recommended for our fit and desire. He gave us several options and told us to look around a while to get an idea of what we might really want. I let him know I was going to buy a car within the next few days and he gave us his business card and expressed his desire to sale us the car we would be happy with. He even offered to come in on his day off if that is when we decided to buy. Mike made a great impression on us both and we decided we would definitely buy a new vehicle from him if he could offer us the best deal! We went home and discussed our options and went back to Northtowne two days later and bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata! We love our new car and we have told everyone where and who we purchased our car from. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and on top of things. We never felt like Mike was pressuring us for a sale and we loved how everything moved along smoothly and ranther quickly. Kudos to Northtowne Hyundai and thanks for our beautiful new Sonata.
