Mike Crutcher assisted me in selecting a car that meet my needs, along with additional features I was considering. He was able to completely educate me on the many features of the vehicle, including feature needs, along with additional features I was considering. The entire test drive, trade-in, and financial process took less than three hours. Great experience. I knew what I wanted when I showed up and they only had a couple new 2013s left of the Sonata Limited. Only one was on the lot at the time so I test drove it.
