After getting the vehicle home, I noticed a couple more discrepencies and notified Jerry. He said they would add them to the service ticket at no charge. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and everything noted was fixed. Jerry even got me a loaner for the day; I did not expect this. NorthTowne Hyundai will have my future car buying interests. More

No pressure or typical new car shopping experience at all. We were able to negotiate a great price on the vehicle and decided it would be worth it financially to make the three hour, one way, trip to purchase the car. We had a very narrow window of time that we could make the trip to test drive and purchase the car. After explaining this to Jerry, he took every step possible to make sure the proper paperwork and details were worked out before our arrival. We arrived and drove the car, signed the paperwork, and after Jerry explained all the features that the car had on it, we were on our way back home. We were at the dealership less than 1.5 hours. I can honestly say that this may have been the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with a car purchase. More
