When he went on vacation I was assisted by Michael Smith. Then when Michael wasn't available Matt didn't disappoint. I knew what I wanted and wasn't going to.settle for nothing else. Matt asked to give him a chance to find my dream car. Whoa, within 30mins. Matt returned my call. Within 24hrs, the vehicle was delivered to Northtowne Volkswagen. I purchased the very next day. To finish the financial paperwork, Thomas handled my personal information with the utmost respect.
