Review of Jason McMichael A good friend of mine, Dennis Gray, bought a Genessis and it got my attention. Then later my BMW was hit in a hit and run and I decided I needed a new A good friend of mine, Dennis Gray, bought a Genessis and it got my attention. Then later my BMW was hit in a hit and run and I decided I needed a new reliable car and did not want to invest anymore in the BMW. At the same time I was starting the rehab process on my second total knee replacement. I asked Dennis about his new Hyundai which he had researched, bought and liked. He referred me to Northtowne Hynundai and had faith in their service. He most certainly was correct. Jason McMichael was outstanding as my sales agent. The car I was interested in was a Genesses demo. with all the trimings. Jason bought the car over to my home so that I could test drive the car for a few days. After buying the car, Jason took time to explain the workings of the car esp. in the tech. area. He made trading in my BMW so easy as it was at the time sitting with a flat. He came directly to my home and got the flat fixed and the BMW taken in. For whatever reason I did not receive the car title when it was first mailed. My temp. tag expired and I needed to go out of town for the holidays. Jason was right on hand to get me a dealers tag and saw to it that a duplicate title was sent for. Jason was so helpful and undertanding, esp. since I was in considerable pain from knee surgery. Under trying circumstances for me, he made buying this car easy. I look forward to having future dealings and servicing with Northtowne and it is in great measure due to the services of Jason McMichael. Service is everything especially for a cash buyer like myself. More
