Henry Lomax my first sales rep. was informative & very helpful without being pushy allowing me to make up my own mind at my own pace. Henry allowed me to drive several of the models before I arrived at a the model I wanted. Finalizing trade in, incentives and net price for my selected vehicle was provided by Ken Keith, Sales Mgr. in an efficient, informative manner with no pressure. Upon acceptance I was introduced to Adam Quint another sales rep. which was more familiar with the vehicle I selected and took time to familiarize myself and wife with the vehicle. Adam offered his services any time in the future - phone or visit. I was then introduced to Christiaan Beavers, Finance Mgr. to close and finalize closing documents which was accomplished smoothly, quickly and informative. He ask us what we where looking for and found us the brand new 2015 Elantra we where looking for. All the features we wanted and the color we were looking for. Matt was a delight to work with and made the process very easy. NO pressure to buy a more expensive model or added features. Matt walk us through the process the whole way and answer all of our questions. Matt show us all the feature in our new car. Northtowne Hyundai gave us a great deal on the trade in and even greater price on the new car. I did not have to negotiate car price down at all. It was the price I was hoping to pay for the car. Bob Smith, the sales rep, was able to give us point by point comparisons among those three, and even offered to have us bring a competing car by on a test drive and do a side by side comparison. The test drive was very thorough and informative. We were offered a reasonable price for our trade in, which we elected not to use (kept it as a second car.) We got the exact car that met our needs and the price was great. The "add ons" were presented to us for consideration, objectively, but without a hard sell. We love the 2015 Hyundai Elantra. We are seeing an estimated 36mpg and it drives and rides like a bigger car. This is our third Hyundai - 2008, 2010, and now 2015. More

As soon as I walked in the door he was friendly, professional and respectful. My last car buying experience was awful so I was prepared for a similar experience. I couldn't have been more wrong! I didn't feel any pressure the entire time I worked with Matt. I felt like he was honest and upfront with me from the beginning and when I purchased my car he took extra time to show me how to use the remote start, the blue tooth features and answer all of my additional questions about the car.
