Right Place at the Right Time I walked into Northtowne Hyundai looking to test drive an Accent. After talking to the Sales Manager for a few minutes I learned they had a great buy I walked into Northtowne Hyundai looking to test drive an Accent. After talking to the Sales Manager for a few minutes I learned they had a great buy on the Elantra. I was on a pretty tight budget but Sal, Adam & Christian worked together to get me a much nicer car than I had originally thought I could afford at a monthly payment that was exactly where I wanted to be. I left the dealership with a brand new 2017 Elantra SE with Pop Package at an incredible price. This is the third time I have bought a car from a Northtowne affiliate the the second time I've bought from this dealership. Stop in and see Adam Quint and tell him Julie Kenward sent you! More

A Dealership That Gets Customer Service My Wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle because we just found out that we are expecting.. again. So going to Northtowne was our fourth stop of t My Wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle because we just found out that we are expecting.. again. So going to Northtowne was our fourth stop of the day. We were already tired and drained from getting salespiched to death by other dealers. We went in wanting to test drive a Hyundai just to rule it out not expecting to be as impressed as we were with the car! That's not what this review is about. What brings me to write this review and a lengthy comments about the survey is Northtowne Hyundai Dealership. There was zero pressure the entire time. We wanted to drive cars, they had cars ready. We wanted to look around, no big deal. When we looked like we were ready for something (buying, test driving, ect) Joe was ready to help. When we decided on the 2017 Elantra they /still/ didn't put on any pressure. As the paperwork was starting to roll there was a few moments where I wanted to talk to my wife about a few things. They got up and left the finance office without any hesitation. When we thought we found a better deal elsewhere the sales manager, although he was a little hyped about it, explained to us and made server good point about why we should stick with him rather than going somewhere else. Christaan was also very through in explaining how much we'd be paying a month, the different packages offered and didn't lean one way or the other. In most cases dealerships would pressure you into the most expensive thing, not the case here. I wanted to keep my payments at a certain price point and he let me make the decision that was best for my family. Overall excellent customer service. They'll be my first stop when I start looking for another vehicle. Rock Star product being sold by a rock star dealership. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's what I wrote about then in the survey ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So there were a few issues with the survey that I wanted to further explain because Northtowne did an excellent job during this purchase. Under "Did the dealer's staff:" section there were a few no's on there that wasn't the sales person's fault. I already knew how to mess with all that and they offered to help but I didn't need it. Under "Please describe the condition of your vehicle at delivery" section I was satisfied about how my vehicle was delivered at the time. Just as I was about to take full possession of the car I saw that there were some scratches on the drivers side rear bumper that I asked to get fixed. Leaving the car wasn't a big deal because I was also having the windows tinted and remote start installed (thanks to the dealer!) but they made sure to fix the damage while they had everything else done. So the dealer made it absolutely right in my mind. They gave me a different (new) Elantra to drive so I could get used to the car I purchased while I waited for everything to get fixed. The only damage that the vehicle had (that they made me aware of) was some slight damage on the roof due to hail, they took care of that free of charge. Because of all the work done on the car they didn't deliver it to me washed/clean. They were sure to mention that when I had some free time that I could bring it by and they'll get it all shiny and new. I didn't even ask for that, they offered it without pressure. The question "Did anyone at the dealership influence you on the way to score the survey" is a bit misleading. The dealership AFTER the fact of fixing everything with my car encouraged me about taking the survey and was curious as to how I'd score them. In no way did they say ever say "If you give us 10s we'll do this" at any point. They more or less wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their service. They completely wowed me with their service and eagerness to please. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything I wasn't ready to buy and even when my wife was eye balling one of the SUV offerings they didn't try to jump on that and completely ignore us buying the car. The salesman said "if you want to look at it we can" in a very relaxed manner that suggested he was there to help us buy a vehicle, not force us into anything. They did everything perfect and if the survey asked better worded questions they'd get ten across the board. If you need more information or anything from me please don't hesitate to ask. The scores I wrote down were true but I fear that a blanket over few could make them look like they didn't do well or put me off some how. They didn't they were great! I would recommend to anyone who is buying a new car to look at Hyundai's at Northtowne. More

He was very personable and focused on us throughout the sales process. He sold us on the merits of the Hyundai - and at no time ran down other dealers' brands to make his vehicle look better. All in all, it was a very positive sales experience. We already have a 2012 Hyundai which we are keeping. Have only had to get routine service on it and we've found the service department at Northtowne Hyundai to be very efficient and customer-focused. This was one of the reasons for picking this dealer again. That and the fact that it was the best vehicle that bet all of our needs. More
