As a young woman, they treated me with respect and spoke to me as the customer, instead of deferring to my male relative. When I was struggling to pick between brands, they suggested a 24 hour test drive. I called ahead 10 minutes and they had the car pulled out of the showroom and waiting for me, making the experience extremely efficient and hassel-free. They were willing to negotiate on price with limited sales pitch. It is worth noting that their Finance man, Chris, was incredible. He problem solved for us, no questions asked. Was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We were in and out of his office in ten minutes, and it was a most pleasant experience. More
