I've been a satisfied service and sales customer of Northtowne Hyundai. Recently, I needed to have a rear passenger door adjusted and made an appointment with their body shop near their Mazda operatio Northtowne Hyundai. Recently, I needed to have a rear passenger door adjusted and made an appointment with their body shop near their Mazda operation. Just like the service center, the staff was helpful and professional and immediately knew how to fix the problem. They did so while I waited and not only is the door adjusted properly now, and an annoying wind noise is now gone. I was impressed by how the technician and service manager both wiped off the fingerprints from my car after the adjustment. I cannot complain about the price charged. I examined some of their cars with repaired collision damage and found them to be expertly repaired. Like the Hyundai service center, the body shop has an obvious commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. More
Process was seamless. From test drive to financing we were taken care of. Got the car we wanted at a price better than we were expecting. We worked with Greg Aikmus and he was fantastic. The manager: I heard the phone call between you and bobby and you were both talking to each other the same way. You were yelling and Bobby was yelling as he tried to explain over and over about how the oil change works. This has nothing to do with the race over the price of an oil change. I am sorry that Bobby raised his voice and I am sorry that we didn't succeed in making you happy. My response: There is no way that a service person should be able to talk to a customer the way Bobby. Bobby only treated me the way he did because of my race and gender and this should be dealt with immediately. This is so untrue, I heard the phone call between you and bobby and you were both talking to each other the same way. I raised my voice because he said I paid $69.99 before and I said Bobby, Bobby, Bobby and he returned with sarcasm. He stated and I quote, yes you have as If my issue was $30 when it was about an explanation. He never raised his voice during the initial explanation, he always had an attitude and spoke to me disrespectfully, He didn't raise his voice until after he called me a liar. If you heard the conversation then you heard the disrespect and discrimination so let's have that conversation, not the blame conversation. I am the customer and I never cursed so I should not be disrespected. Basically, you are telling me that Bobbie provided good customer service which he did not and he needs to be corrected. It has everything to do with race, if I were not Black he would have never raised his voice or spoke to me in the way he did. He never responded to my questions or concerns correctly. If you can tell me of a time he did or that this is acceptable which you stated already. Disrespect and discrimination are major issues for me and sorry will not do it. I want to ensure that Bobby is not mistreating customers and never disrespects or discriminates against anyone else. More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Northtowne Hyundai and was completely lied to about the repairs being made to it. I was assured anything that would not pass inspection would be fixed. I specif Hyundai and was completely lied to about the repairs being made to it. I was assured anything that would not pass inspection would be fixed. I specifically mentioned a couple things and believed they addressed them accordingly and bought the vehicle. Less than 70 days later I’ve learned they lied and made slight very short term modifications to make the vehicle appear to be in a healthy shape. I was assured by the mechanic that my vehicle is currently with that it never would have passed a state inspection and they covered up a few very major problems with bandaids and rubber bands so to speak. Long story short if you wanna endanger yourself and those you love, and dig yourself in a hole and get ripped off, go to Northtowne Hyundai. More

Terrible experience with frauds They were easy to work with for purchasing & took off several thousand from their online listing. However, after the car was purchased all the little things that they promised to do afterward fell through & I have to repeatedly ask for help setting up my blue link with Hyundai and when they did ask all they did was tell me to contact Hyundai corporate. They are LIARS and FRAUDS - After contacting corporate Hyundai and working with them to set up the BlueLink system they informed me that it was NOT part of my vehicle! Additionally, after waiting over THREE weeks to receive my title in the mail I contacted them asking where it is MULTIPLE times. After waiting a day they got back to me saying it would be sent to me. After waiting nearly a month to receive my title in the mail, and almost a week after the said it would arrive, they wrote a lien on when there should not have been. Now I am to wait again to get the proper paper work to register my car - over a month after the purchase! More

TRADE IN VALUE I came in to purchase a 2020 Palisade with the intent to trade in my 2011 Audi 8L that has 110K miles. My vehicle is a one owner in pristine conditio I came in to purchase a 2020 Palisade with the intent to trade in my 2011 Audi 8L that has 110K miles. My vehicle is a one owner in pristine condition, with all the options available and has all service done by Molle Audi. It had recent brakes and new tires, along with records of every service or maintenance done on the vehicle. The vehicle original list price was $99,485.00 (yes almost $100K this not a typo) and they had the audacity to offe rme $7,000.00 on a tradein!! The NADA rough trade-in was $9,750 and clean trad-in of $13,295. A $7K offer for a car worth twice that is like being robbed. So I decided to called in to discuss this ridculous offer with the Manager who's name was Russ and all he wanted to do is tell me how to sell my car to CARMAX and then buy what i want. xxxx he would not even ackowledge the offer was ridicoulous. When you go to Northtown Hyandia plan on being robbed by the salesmen and management. Northtown Hyundia did not even wear a mask when they attempted to rob me!! What a JOKE! After looking at the price and features of a 2019 Sonata, I worked with Adam Quint to formulate a sales package that met all of my needs. I hate to see the 2011 go, but the 2019 is more than a worthy replacement. I'm looking forward to a near decade's worth of trouble free service from this car. More

These guys make buying a car so much less stressful. I got to test drive my car for the weekend (again) to ensure it was a true fit for me. The finance manager (Chris) was helpful and remembered me as a returning customer. He didn’t push me to buy more options or anything! All the way down to the detailer(Jeff) who got my brand new vehicle showroom ready by giving it one last shine before I drove it off the lot.
