2014 VW Jettas won't start if the intercooler has condensation and it gets really cold... just FYI. Here are some of the most notable quotes from our last visit (after our car was there another month): "You can call VW if you need more info" "We should just tow their car" "Shut up" "Come over here and make me" "20% is what it is" (we were told they would "split the bill" with us) Each was said with Chris, the service manager, within earshot. Nothing was done until my husband asked him if he thought this was how customers should be talked to. Aside from the awful customer service, the fact that we bought this car from them and "no one had any idea this would be an issue" is mind boggling. This dealership sucks, their service department is xxxx, but Matt in sales was nice. More

I scheduled a recall repair about a month ago. They gave me a date and time to come in to get the recall complete. They said it would take one to one and one half days. I called Monday, it was going to take me a date and time to come in to get the recall complete. They said it would take one to one and one half days. I called Monday, it was going to take until the next day. I called Tuesday afternoon. They said it was taking longer than expected. I called Wednesday morning, again not ready. The service guy asked it I needed a loaner if it wasn't done. I said yes. I called about 1:30 the same day telling them I need to pick my car up or get a loaner. The guy I was corresponding with took the afternoon off!!!! I went in to get my car or a loaner. They had neither. Come to find out the car was not even in the garage, sitting without ANY work on it for 2 1/2 days!!! COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST IN THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

My sister needed a new car and she started at a KC Chevy dealership. That purchase attempt got out of control as the dealership kept adding "required options" such as clearcoat protection, nitrogen in the t dealership. That purchase attempt got out of control as the dealership kept adding "required options" such as clearcoat protection, nitrogen in the tires (regular air is 80 percent nitrogen already), interior fabric protection, loss of income payment protection, etc, etc, to the total of almost $6,000 in add-ons. With that kind of profit potential, you know that dealership went immediately into high pressure when my sister balked. So, next visit was to Northtowne. They don't do junk fees. The trade-in offer was slightly above KBB value and the new car price was slightly lower than what other Hyundai dealerships were advertising. No pressure, no surprises. More
They messed up my car installing an engine and they no responsibility. The service manager is rude. You all didn’t even put clamps on the hose from the engine to the air hose.
