2014 VW Jettas won't start if the intercooler has condensation and it gets really cold... just FYI. After taking our jetta in for not starting the first time, we had the same issue and towed it back condensation and it gets really cold... just FYI. After taking our jetta in for not starting the first time, we had the same issue and towed it back the next day. Barry in service is AWFUL. Here are some of the most notable quotes from our last visit (after our car was there another month): "You can call VW if you need more info" "We should just tow their car" "Shut up" "Come over here and make me" "20% is what it is" (we were told they would "split the bill" with us) Each was said with Chris, the service manager, within earshot. Nothing was done until my husband asked him if he thought this was how customers should be talked to. Aside from the awful customer service, the fact that we bought this car from them and "no one had any idea this would be an issue" is mind boggling. This dealership sucks, their service department is xxxx, but Matt in sales was nice. More
