Gave me a good trade price just by looking at pictures from an email. He said may be able to do better once he seen the car. So we went in after my wife got off of work. We were then cheerfully greeted by Carl Carleton. Carl has FANTASTIC people skills and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car, to look this man up. I have never seen a Sales Person so knowledgeable about the car they are selling. Most of the time, I know more about the car than they do. BUT NOT WITH CARL !! He knows his product line. What was most impressive is Carl and also Nick were very attentive to us, while we were there. They did not act like we were burdening them, such as what happened to us the day before at OP Jeep. Ended up, we got a bit more for our trade. I don't feel like I got stung, I got a great price for the trade in.
