I didnt have any established credit or a co signer so I didn't think the chances of me getting approved for a fiat would be very likely. Mac ran my report and come to find out, I got approved! I couldn't decide if I wanted an automatic or a manual. Mac took me to a parking lot up the street to teach me to drive the manual then made me drive back! I had made my decision! I went with a green 2015 fiat 500! Mac wasn't pushy and he made me feel so comfortable and great throughout my buying experience! I highly recommend Mac! I will definatley be back! Hopefully for a Fiat Abarth! More

I flew from Florida to Kansas City to purchase the car, then drove 24 hours back. The price and Paul are the reasons and he wasn't a car salesman. I tried to purchase in Florida but the salesman just wanted my money as much of it as they could get. Please don't misunderstand me I know car sales is a business but Paul Reeves never made me feel that way. Paul made me feel like family. He was caring, sincere, honest and always returning my calls and text messages. I have already suggested Paul to another friend. As far as I'm concerned I will never use another person to purchase a car unless Paul has retired and then I would ask for his recommendation!!! Being a woman in my mid thirties, I've purchased several cars and have had a few bad experiences in the past but this was the best experience buying a vehicle by far! No one there was pushy or high pressure, they were all just very friendly, helpful and respectful. They were willing to work with me on price and there was no intense negotiation, just a respectful conversation back and forth. My sales associate was Coorey Sweet and he was fantastic to work with but everyone I encountered there was wonderful, which has made my car buying experience the BEST and most comfortable from beginning to end. I had questions and things I needed several weeks after I purchased the vehicle and Coorey was/has still always been extremely friendly and helpful every time. If you want to go or are needing to buy a vehicle and want to have an ENJOYABLE and COMFORTABLE car buying experience, I would highly recommend Coorey Sweet or anyone at Northtowne Fiat/Autogroup!
