Okay, Andy, though you were welcoming as you checked me in for my March 1st, 8:30AM appt, these were the two thoughts on my mind as I left the Subaru dealership that day: First, you were about to charge m in for my March 1st, 8:30AM appt, these were the two thoughts on my mind as I left the Subaru dealership that day: First, you were about to charge me for an oil change until I said my mileage didn't dictate that one was needed at the time. Made aware, you then crossed it off my service sheet. Secondly, I always 'wait' for my Subaru to be serviced, and you said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. No problem there. However, as three hours lapsed, and you assured me midway through those three hours that service was moving along, it still took twice the time. I know you may not have total control over the 'wait' period, but I should have been given a clearer 'heads up' of my wait. Offering me a car wash was kind, but it was then 11:30, and I had a noon appt elsewhere. I shall return for further scheduled service because I truly value Subaru quality. Hope this review is of help to you, Andy. More
