My experience with Northtown Auto was Good and Bad. The Good: We purchased a Mazda sight unseen (except for video) for my wife, to be delivered to our home about an hour away.  The purchasing and d The Good: We purchased a Mazda sight unseen (except for video) for my wife, to be delivered to our home about an hour away.  The purchasing and delivery of the vehicle went great. Aaron, the salesperson, was very friendly & knowledgeable. He made the paperwork and delivery easy and fast, taking about 1 hour total. The Bad: My wife took the car out the next morning for the first time and noticed the interior smelled like smoke, especially with the doors closed and the seat belt against her chest.  There was no mention of the previous user being a smoker, so I contacted Aaron to see what they could do.  Apparently his hands were tied.  I also reached out to Aaron's Sales Manager Joe, but was greeted with silence.  Joe and Aaron were both very helpful and responsive when I was looking for a vehicle. But when we had an issue just a day after delivery, Northtown failed to take ownership or responsibility and would not discuss the matter or potential solutions, like reasonable people would.   My experience left me feeling that Northtown is just your stereotypical used car dealership.   More

I cancelled a zurich warranty as well as a ziebart protection package that I purchased through them. I personally handed in signed and dated cancellation forms only to receive an email with the exact protection package that I purchased through them.
