He took time to explain and demonstrate all the technical features of the car. He made all the red tape go quickly but made sure I understood all my options and everything that I was signing. I made an appointment for my 2020 Kia telluride to have a oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and recall fixed. I brought my vehicle in at 11am the service person asked if I needed back at any special tim oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and recall fixed. I brought my vehicle in at 11am the service person asked if I needed back at any special time I said no. At 4 pm I called the dealership to see if it was finished they said it will be done in 20 minutes so I had a friend drop me off. When I got there the service person called me to check out. When I asked if they completed the recall work and inspection they said I don’t have recall work. I explained I did have recall work. The service person began yelling at me in the dealership telling me my 2021 telluride did not have a recall. I told him at least 5 times I had a 2020. Finally they realized they were trying to give me someone else’s car. Than I asked where’s my car. Again the same service guy started yelling at me stating “ you had no special time to have car back” I said it is now 4:30 I called prior to being dropped off you told me it would be ready. My car had not been started five and a half hours after drop off and and phone call that it’s ok to come get. Now here I am sitting in dealership for an additional hour plus waiting on my car. Please don’t yell at me! I’m not an idiot I know what I drive! Clearly you didn’t ! your mistake cost me time .your nastiest will cost you customers!!! More

It started as an easy experience but then turned into a nightmare. They made DMV documents with an incorrect address, contacted the salesmen after waiting a week to “hear back” never said anything until I nightmare. They made DMV documents with an incorrect address, contacted the salesmen after waiting a week to “hear back” never said anything until I reached out and the was told “they are having an issue correcting so I should correct it myself”. Then was also told that the address is “close enough” then was contacted by a manager who was able to fix the issue within 2 days. Thought all was going to be fine, had the BRAND NEW CAR for 3 WEEKS, and then had to get it TOWED to the shop because there was an issue with the engine and had to wait a week to get it “fixed. Now here we are in March 2021 not even 6 months later I AM HAVING THE SAME EXACT ISSUE as before with my engine and have to be without my vehicle! For them to attempt to fix the issue once again, the car has been nothing but issues since the start and now its as if I was sold a “Lemon” and do not feel safe in the car I am purchasing. I will never go to north town again nor tell anyone to go here! Absolutely worst experience in regard to ensuring the customer satisfaction and customer SAFTEY! More
