I appreciate the fact that the dealership and I came to acceptable lease numbers on my new car and they lived up to all ends of their agreement when I came to pick the car up. The paperwork was ready to go and all went efficiently for me to sign and drive my new car away in a timely manner. I also appreciate that Mike is a no pressure kind of person. They looked at him more often than me while they spoke, and shook his hand first. He was there to give his opinion, but ultimately had no part in the decision. I was the one paying and I wish I'd been treated as such. More
