Great Experience-Would do it again! Had a great experience from walking in the door to walking out to my new car. The entire process took about 8 hours over 3 different days and frankly, went very fast once I decided I wanted the vehicle (3 Days of paperwork day of). The dealer was kind, patient, asking about my interests, work and lifestyle to help recommend a proper vehicle to suit my needs. As a student right out of college, the dealer was able to make accommodations to ensure I could get into a lease and gave me many different plans to make it affordable for me. I would recommend Northtown Hyundai again and again. I've driven my car over 1,000 miles and I'm truly in love with my Elantra SE. More

(252miles approx. 3 hours away ) The sale manager wasn't kidding when he said they wanted to earn my business. No dealer trade for this sale, they had to buy the car outright. I can tell you for a fact after talking to Town Hyundai they would not even consider traveling that far for me. More

He was courteous, professional, and accommodating at every turn. I was never told ANYTHING about blue link, but was signed up for it. It turned into a pain in the xxx on the phone with them trying to access the account because the dealership chose the login information without my knowledge or input. This was a gross oversight on the dealerships part and it is something we should have been made aware of and something we should have CHOSEN to opt in to, rather than go through the hassle of trying to opt out of something we didn't know about. Very unprofessional. The other issue I had was with the service department, and it is why I will almost certainly NEVER bring my car to you for service. I want a remote starter for my car, and inquired about the different options. I was presented a pamphlet with their different physical starters and a fourth option to have an app enabled starter. Initially I chose the higher end starter that receives a confirmation signal from the car. An appointment was made for a week after the car pick up. On my appointment day, January 3, I arrived and was informed that they had me scheduled for the cheapest of the physical starters, and not what I had asked for initially. The woman who greeted me flat out TOLD ME THEY WERE OVERBOOKED and therefore wouldn't be able to accommodate any changes. I told her that I was thinking about getting the app enabled option anyway so we could go with the starter they had mistakenly planned anyway and she said they would have to reschedule regardless, because they didn't have that equipment on hand. I asked her for pricing details about the app enabled starter, and she did not know ANYTHING about it, what features it had, how much the subscription cost, nothing. She said she would call me to reschedule and go over the details of the starter with me. This was January 3rd, a week and a half ago, and I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HER. I have since priced an app enabled remote starter elsewhere and can get it for about $150 less than at the dealership. I am VERY disappointed by this. If you are going to sell accessories to the cars you sell, you need to know about them and make sure you aren't blowing your customers off. In summation, Dan was wonderful, but your support staff really dropped the ball and negated all of the professional service and goodwill from Dan's hard work. I'm not sure if I would buy another car from Northtown. More

I dread buying a new car, but this experience has made me very happy! Jesse was really great. However, the service was great, I was met with the price I needed, and I really appreciate the perks and benefits set up to keep my business after my car was purchased. *Even though I was ultimately very happy with the price, I wish that I didn't have to get a different dealer to give me that offer before Northtown would agree to meet me there. More
