It is a shame that your deemed-factory-trained mechanics are as good as any street-trained mechanic who are adept at these jobs: OIL change, tire rotation and brakes change only. When tasked to find mechanical problems they simply give up with lame excuses. In my opinion, they all are making their wages for doing non-specialized work while you may be paying them to carry out critical-xxx-specialized mechanical work. I have 100% lost trust in any dealership. Which mechanic on Earth can take apart suspension and steering to diagnose a problem in 1-2 hour. Your service dept. either suggest unwanted repairs or just hang the vehicle up and leave it suspended without any work being performed while foolish customers await in the waiting room to hear from you. Carry on this as moral and ethical value have died. Greed has taken precedence over skill and intent to solving real problems. More

Totally unprofessional! Beware Found vehicle online, called and talked to sales. Would not do deal electronically (we were gonna pay to have it shipped). Manager Denera scheduled us for Sunday at 11am. We drove over two hours to arrive at 11am and They WERE CLOSED!. At 12, we finally was able to see the vehicle and then came the next issue. On the phone, she quoted one price that included out the door total. I even confirmed I was paying cash and was told it’s still the same price…. But it wasn’t… they tried to up the cost by 1000 because we were paying cash! Over two hours back home and no car. What a waste of time! So I guess the manager is not accountable! Don’t deal with these people… they lie and are very unaccommodating! More
