I had a frustrating experience at this dealership. It started when I put down a $500 deposit, but due to poor communication between employees, my deposit seemed to vanish from their records. One employee had no idea what the other was doing, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. The issues didn’t stop there. They also made a significant error by entering the wrong VIN number on my paperwork, a basic but crucial detail that should never be overlooked. Nevertheless in the end they promised to mail my $500 refund, but they forgot. I had to call and remind them. Initially, they refused to acknowledge the refund. After much persistence, they finally agreed and promised to send it. This entire process showed a lack of professionalism, organization, and customer care. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership unless they seriously improve their communication and attention to detail. More
