Absolutely horrendous and embarrassingly poor experience with Northstar Kia. We gave them two attempts to fix our car, totaling about 3 weeks. We had to remove our car from the lot and get the relatively si with Northstar Kia. We gave them two attempts to fix our car, totaling about 3 weeks. We had to remove our car from the lot and get the relatively simple job done elsewhere, SO much faster. The communication is non existent. In fact it felt like we were annoying the service center when we asked about our car. We still cannot believe they handed it back to us less than half finished. How they assign cars to certain people, and only they are allowed to answer questions about it, is ridiculous. The guy we were assigned to, Eric, provided inconsistent, inaccurate information at every turn. We will tell everyone we know to avoid this place. More

However I made an appointment went back next day. And the everything was worse with my car!, I get my car back same day, and a week later still same problem. But I have to say that after returning when I made my appointment, James helped me, answered all my questions, and made the bad experience I had at the beginning be forgotten.
