Service is good. Staff is friendly. Premise is awful - no room, no water bottles, no place to park. Just general insanity from when you drive up to when you leave. N Staff is friendly. The experience was bad over all, really really bad. The Main concern for me is that they have this person there scamming People, when I bought the car, I needed to get insurance on it so they suggested The Main concern for me is that they have this person there scamming People, when I bought the car, I needed to get insurance on it so they suggested to buy it tru a guy who work there for them his Name is Christopher Heredia, at not cost, only what the insurance would charge, so when I called him, he said that the amount i needed to pay what $2267 dollars, because that’s the amount the insurance was charging. Plus the monthly payment. I asked him if it was just the insurance price or if there was any fee on it. He said “NO, there is no fees on it” “it is only what the insurance is charging” and then he keept lying to me saying that it would cover 3 or 4 payments out of the monthly charge. So I trusted and went ahead; then I got to charges on my credit card, one for $1248 by progressive and another one for $1019 by “Eli Brokerage”. Immediately I knew something was wrong, and this last charge was for their fee to get me an insurance. Which is crazy, who charges $1019 to help you buy and insurance???!! Next day I went to look for this person and I asked for him and they said he was not there, without even knowing what I was there for. So immediately I understood they worked together on this, I called to his number and it rang right in front of me; calmed and very respectful I approached him and asked him to put my money back on my credit card before I started to start saying outlaud what what’s happening in front of everybody. OFC he got scared and stared shaking, annd saying he would cancel my whole insurance because he could, like threatening me that I would be with no insurance thanks to him. He could not do that because by that time I had already called the insurance and let them know about the situation so they did not allowed him to touch my insurance no more. at the end he did not know what to say and I could get my money back. Because he knew it would have been a huge problem for him if he did not send it back. It is stealing and scamming people thinking nobody would realize about what is happening. So I ended up wasting a whole day of my life trying to get my money back. I hope this person was fired and whoever else was involved on this His name is Christopher Heredia , and vaglica agency LLC is the side agency he worked for. What a horrible experience and I did not get any compensation for this. Last but not least On top everything, the dealer it self overprice cars saying there is a “market stock or something like that” which is $6000 more what the actual car costs, and they insist that you have to pay for this. Which is not true, they said the the price was that high because of an issue on the system but once I said “okay once u fixed the system you can call me back and I’ll come and buy for the real price” the system got fixed all of a sudden and they lower down the price a bit, and since then on it was nightmare to get the lower down the price to the actual and legal price of the car. They actually love this game of good and bad police officer having somebody increasing and lowering the price of the cars playing with you. Since I ended up getting the car out at night I did not see the scratches that a brand new car had, and next day once I saw them I got me by surprise that a “0” mile car had scratches on it” Over all not a good experience and I did not get compensation on anything.
