I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this Kia dealership. I was sold a car with someone else’s name registered under it, and when I sought assistance, no one could figure out how to resolve t Kia dealership. I was sold a car with someone else’s name registered under it, and when I sought assistance, no one could figure out how to resolve the issue. I was told I needed to leave the car at the dealership for further investigation, and I received no updates during this time. Eventually, I learned that no case was created for the car, and it had been returned to the dealership without any progress being made, while I continued paying for insurance and monthly payments. After a week, I was informed the car was ready, but when I arrived, I was told I needed to sign a new lease due to an incorrect VIN. What should have been a quick process turned into a three-hour wait. In total, I had the car for two weeks, but I didn’t get to enjoy it once—it was simply back and forth to the dealership. To make matters worse, after picking up the car, I noticed that personal items such as my charger, phone holder, and a cross hanging from the rearview mirror were missing. I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism and poor customer service I received. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. More
