Although the service I received was very good, I am very disappointed that I have had to have my Lexus GS 350 in for servicing 4 times in the last 4 months. With only 27,000 miles on my car, this seems to disappointed that I have had to have my Lexus GS 350 in for servicing 4 times in the last 4 months. Most of the work has been covered by the extended warranty I purchased, but I would expect Lexus quality to be better than my experience has been. More
Service was completed sooner than expected. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. All issues, even minor ones, were taken care of and not avoided as sometimes happens at other businesses. Northside Lexus consistently provides a high quality service experience, and makes the Lexus ownership experience a very positive one. I have only the best things to say about Liz Rincon. She is terrific! I will close by offering this observation - I have a 2008 Lexus. My wife has a 2008 BMW. EVERY time we have a service issue with the area BMW dealerships it is a painful experience - they do not meet promised deadlines, they are not particularly pleasant to deal with, we are always having to guard against upselling by service advisors. In short, in light of our contracting experience I will NEVER buy a BMW, but would absolutely buy another Lexus from Northside Lexus. Not even a close question. Keep up the great work. More
