Routine 5,000 mile service. I asked them to check the noisy break pedal. They said the noise was normal. From beginning to end the level of service provided was exceptional. My tight work schedule did not afford me much time to drop my car off at the dealership for a second opinion and wait for service to be exceptional. My tight work schedule did not afford me much time to drop my car off at the dealership for a second opinion and wait for service to be completed after receiving an expensive laundry list of 'recommendations' from a neighborhood service shop. Mark kindly arranged for a convenient car swap at my office before having Kyle complete a full work up including a thorough vehicle history check for previous repair and maintenance discoveries. After completing a full car inspection I received a follow up promptly with an honest assessment, discounting many items on the aforementioned list of recommendations from the neighborhood shop. Kyle made certain to make me feel comfortable with the service taking place and also left me very informed regarding future needs. Car troubles seem to appear at the most inconvenient times but Northside Lexus made it a breeze. Thanks so much! More

I always get good service at Northside Lexus. It makes me feel good to know that my car is in capable hands. It isn'at a problem with me, because I've cleaned it up, but it could be with some customers, me feel good to know that my car is in capable hands.
