From beginning to end the level of service provided was exceptional. My tight work schedule did not afford me much time to drop my car off at the dealership for a second opinion and wait for service to be exceptional. Mark kindly arranged for a convenient car swap at my office before having Kyle complete a full work up including a thorough vehicle history check for previous repair and maintenance discoveries. After completing a full car inspection I received a follow up promptly with an honest assessment, discounting many items on the aforementioned list of recommendations from the neighborhood shop. Kyle made certain to make me feel comfortable with the service taking place and also left me very informed regarding future needs.
