I have chosen to drive a Lexus because of the service and warm welcome from Northside Lexus. I bought a used Lexus in Dallas, but serviced it at Northside since I live in Spring. I would always tell anyone who would listen how wonderful the service and people were and they were always surprised that I was receiving this type of service with a vehicle not purchased at Northside. I am now on my third Lexus and I just can't imagine driving another brand since I would probably have to give up Northside. From the sales force to the service department, I always feel like I'm visiting home. More
I love the Lexus SUV that I have, it is my second one. I love the service and really love the pick-up & delivery service and leaving a car for me to drive in between. Usually, I would have to wait a complete day before my car was finished, but never do I have to worry about it now and can complete my errands, etc. A beautiful SUV that I have never had any problems with. I have never associated with a dealership so pleasant and professional. There's no one around trying to herd customers to a certain area and there is no one trying to sell more service or options than I eve professional. WE RATED OUR EXPERIENCE AS HIGH AS WE DID DUE TO THE EXCELLENT WORK AND FOLLOW THROUGH FROM SERVICE REP. LIZ RENCON. ALL OF OUR SERVICE ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED AND WE WERE INFORMED OF THE NATURE OF THE W EXCELLENT WORK AND FOLLOW THROUGH FROM SERVICE REP. LIZ RENCON. ALL OF OUR SERVICE ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED AND WE WERE INFORMED OF THE NATURE OF THE WORK REQUIRED BEFORE ANY WORK WAS STARTED AND SURPRISED THAT THE COST WAS LESS THAN WE ANTICIPTED FOR THE BRAKE JOB ETC. A reman Alternator cost $1,100. The service and people are wonderful but the price is crazy. I will probably not return and that is regrettable because I have always had a great experience there but I rea are wonderful but the price is crazy.
