Since my service rep was out, I was provided an alternate service rep. Jacque was fantastic!! We had never done any Service work prior. You are very over priced on your service charges. Will be using other service providers for service in the future. I can't afford topay for what , is in effect, almost $200.00 for an oil and filter chan be using other service providers for service in the future. I took my vehicle in for it's 75k mile check-up. I can usually only schedule service around or close to a weekend and make it a point to schedule service when Anita's techs are working. I was provided with a loaner vehicle as it was expected that the service would take a while. My vehicle was not ready on the original day we'd discussed, but Anita kept me informed of the reason. I needed a brake job in addition to the inspection. I was able to pick up my vehicle on the day and time agreed upon. The weather was extremely cold, but it appeared that the service techs went the extra step to return my car with the heater running, so that it was comfortable when I got in it. More
